He arrived at the hotel the night before to reassure us that all was well; he was prompt; his driving was impeccable; he was extremely sensitive to our needs; answered all questions knowledgeably, had a smart appearance and showed remarkable patience and reassurance in difficult traffic situations, even at the end of long and tiring days.
He also made suggestions for activities on our final day in Nairobi (we had hired car and driver for the day) and made it great fun for us.
